North Ingle Playgroup
At North Ingle Playgroup we recognise and acknowledge that families want the best for their children in an environment that is safe and engaging to early childhood learning.
We understand that powerful learning happens in the everyday interactions with your children.
North Ingle Playgroup provides opportunities for children to play and learn in a safe and comfortable setting.
We value the importance in creating opportunities for children and their families to develop positive relationships with each other.
When you visit North Ingle Playgroup you will immediately get a sense of belonging. You will observe positive interactions in intentional and free play with high levels of participation and engagement in a range of activities. These include craft, painting, play dough, puzzles, indoor sandpit, outdoor activities, singing, story time, music, healthy morning snacks and more.
North Ingle Playgroup is affiliated with Playgroup SA and encompasses the same vision and mission:
“to create the opportunity for every child to learn through quality play experiences while supporting their families/carers in their role as primary educators"
"to facilitate positive, enriching, educational experiences in a safe environment for young children and families/carers by providing an accessible network of playgroup services".
No child is too young for playgroup. All children from 0-5 years love new experiences and benefit from developing sensory, social and communication skills through activities at playgroup. We have toys and equipment for babies and a playpen for safe playtime. A gold coin donation supports the purchase of required resources and materials.
Parents, grandparents and caregivers work together to make North Ingle Playgroup a successful end engaging learning time for young children.
North Ingle Playgroup operates every Friday morning from 9-11am in a well-resourced air-conditioned learning environment. Our Playgroup operates on the same premises as the school based Preschool. This creates a positive integration and transition to North Ingle Preschool and School.
